How do I find the right size poly mailer to pack my items?

To get the correct poly mailer size for your products, you need to have the length, width, and height of the product. Use the dimensions of the product as it will be shipped. (For example, use the folded dimensions of a T-shirt).

What size of poly mailer do I need?

You can use this equation to work out the minimum size poly mailer you will need:

Minimum length of your mailer
Product length (in) + product height (in) + 2" in remainder

Minimum width of your mailer
Product width (in) + product height (in) + 1" in remainder

You want to choose a poly mailer size that is equal or larger to the minimum length x minimum width from your calculation above.
